Constellations is a technique that we commonly use to unlock blockages of energy during the personal healing process. Based on the concept that everything is energy or vibration, blockages related to certain misunderstandings of perspective can be created in every aspect of our lives. There is no limit in regards to use cases for constellations, including business, start-ups, idea validation, decision support, doubts, and problems. To sell or to maintain the business?
A family business run by generations requires a lot of attention from those who inherited it – four adult siblings who had their own lives and families. Everyone had some roles in the company and benefits, and all still remembered their father running the show. Some of them were already at retirement age, creating an imbalance between the workload that everyone had to invest in order to keep the company running. Aware of the problems, the siblings agreed to sell the business. Even with interested customers, there was still something blocking the sale, and the transaction could not be completed. The date of signature was repeatedly changed for no reasons.
Taking the case into the hands of an experienced constellator allowed the revelation that one of the siblings could not imagine his life without working there. Despite the agreements made on the conscious level, he did not want to let it go. During the session, he gained a better understanding of the situation. Considering all the aspects and his siblings, with a broad perspective, he agreed that he could not keep it any longer. It was not easy, as he had sacrificed his entire life (like his father) for the company. However, it was the best solution, as he was definitely not getting any younger. Family house attacked by minks
The problem was related to a family house located in a small village close to the forest. There were many houses around, but only this one was continuously attacked by pests. The house was pretty new, constructed in the same way as the other houses around, but only this one was the favorite of the animals. Obviously, rodents living there, despite a small issue with chewed cables, could lead to serious consequences related to the construction of the roof. No conventional method worked, and after every treatment, the situation kept repeating, making the landlord feel hopeless.
During a constellation session, it appeared that the house felt energetically abandoned. The landlord, being so busy, did not feel like it was his real family house. The construction had never been properly finished (some rooms still needed painting), and some fixes were endlessly waiting to be done. The house being abandoned energetically was attracting animals so they could make their home there. The idea of a house having feelings was hard for the person who requested the constellation to be understood. The only way to get rid of the unwanted guests was to take care of the house and start treating it like a real family house, where everyone wants to spend time. By giving it a try and making some repairs, the animals were gone after a couple of months and never came back.
Which project to choose?
Sometimes people have various options in life and don’t know which one to choose. While being connected with themselves, using third-party support, or a therapist may not be required. Help is sometimes however needed in one’s self-evolution journey. One typical example is when there are various paths and options available or appear at the same time on the way. Which one should you choose? The one that is going to bring you money and make sense? Or the one that is closer to your heart but financially is unknown? In these cases, constellations can be used as an advanced visualization technique where you energetically put yourself in the situation and vibration related to the decisions. Constellations may reveal the real truth behind and the real value from decisions that sometimes can’t be really noticed by our mind in our 3D reality and daily life.
Endless possibilities and coherence
Family or business constellations are very versatile and can be used in many situations. However, using them for every trivial case would decrease their value and might declassify the usual decision-making process. They can be used for everything, but with coherence. The consciousness of the requestor must always be considered. Unfortunately, sometimes constellations cannot be used, as they would create even more imbalance and blockage (assessment case by case is required).
It is a magical technique, but changes and desired outcome only happen through the comprehension of the case. Any attempt to force the outcome in order to create someone’s benefit that is incoherent or could harm others is not a use case that should even be considered.
Asking questions while stuck in a process and checking why something is not going the way you wish can be challenging. However, in all cases of constellations, the results were surprising, and the real solution that was revealed was one that no one even considered while mentally approaching the challenge. Constellations in business, life, or work can bring understanding and perspective to all that you do. With greater understanding, you can decide what is best for you in real life.
