Nothing, however, can happen if you don’t accept the concept that your body is communicating with you and that there could be something you may not understand. Don’t get frustrated. It is challenging in light of all that we hear and were taught. Understanding also takes time. However, once you start with the acceptance of this concept, your consciousness will automatically increase, and the answers and solutions will begin to appear.
