If you really want to heal, you can’t expect to do it using the same approach that made you sick. Changing your way of thinking and approach is key. Trying to get healthy using the same mindset that caused illness, even for mental health, is ridiculous. This is why it’s not always easy to recover. Changing your way of thinking is a baseline self-healing process. Without changes in your life, way of thinking, or environment, you can’t expect to get healthy.
If you really want to recover and have a healthy, balanced life, you have to be willing to make changes in your environment and step out of your comfort zone. You have to be brave enough to do it. You have to take the first step and be determined enough to keep going. Trust the process and believe that by making the first step, you’ve already started your healing process.
If you really want to recover, you will find the energy, time, space, and support to encourage yourself and others to continue. The process may bring challenges, but you will keep going. You won’t make excuses, look for shortcuts, or rely on pills. Instead, you will find the patience and courage to try new things and open your heart to new experiences.
To recover, you must be willing to open your Pandora’s box, discover the things that make you sick, and clear out all the non-essential things that bother you. You must understand why they made you sick through consciousness.
In order to recover, to heal yourself, you must bring the natural balance. You need to open your heart to new experiences and start having control over your mind. You need to clear out all the unnecessary thinking and patterns, that are bothering you gradually. You need to be ready to make an impact and go back on track towards what is written in your heart, even if your mind questions it or your environment doesn’t understand it.
If you’re looking for an easy fix with immediate miracles and relief from pain, I wish your dreams come true. Not sure however if healing which comes as an outcome from your consciousness and evolution can be created in easy way. Good luck with that and if you managed please share your experience. If you however have a high expectations from day one, they may be holding you back from recovery. You may consider coming back when you’re ready to do something differently and truly commit to your recovery.
It may sound brutal and unfair, however it is all at the end in your hands. You are a creator of your own life, and your life is yours DIY project. The sooner you open your mind to that perspective and surrender, the better chances and faster you may heal yourself!
I understand, was there, and I am still there in some process to heal myself. I agree that it may be easier said than done as well. It all costs effort and energy, but either you want to heal yourself or not. Nobody is able to do it for you.
